But then there was Carmack - who focused too much on work - micromanaging everything and firing people left and right, and taking his cat to a kill shelter because it got in the way of his work. | Hayame Zero 08/02/21 8:39:52 PM #1 | 1 set of deadlifts. I did 5 reps at only 190 lbs, then went for a 6th, and pulled the shit out of my left glute. Went over to tell my gf I was going to take a break for a few minutes until the pain subsided, then I got nauseous and everything started going black. I almost collapsed, leaned against a smith machine, then sat on a seated bench for awhile. I was pale, cold, and sweating like crazy (and not a workout sweat), and came close to running to the bathroom to vomit. After 15 minutes or so, I felt fine, and finished my workout with no issues whatsoever. I have no idea what the hell happened... --- ...I think I'm done here... |
